User data deletion
NiceDial Tech operates WChat. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data obtained when you use Facebook Login for WhatsApp Embedded Signup.
1. Who this applies to
- WChat account holders — organisation admins, managers, or agents who registered on WChat.
- Facebook / Meta users — anyone who connected a Meta or WhatsApp Business account through our Embedded Signup flow.
- End customers — people who message your business on WhatsApp; their data is stored in your organisation’s inbox. The business using WChat is responsible for handling customer requests; we assist the account holder on request.
2. How to request deletion
Choose any one of the following:
- Email us at techsupport@nicedialtech.com from the address linked to your WChat account. Include your organisation name and “Data deletion request” in the subject.
- Contact form — use our contact page and select a subject such as “Delete my data”.
- Phone — call +91 89014 05879 during business hours.
3. Remove our app from Facebook
If you used Facebook Login only for WhatsApp setup, you can also remove WChat from your Facebook account:
- Open Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Remove the WChat / NiceDial Tech app.
- Optionally click View removed apps → your app → Send Request to notify us (if Meta shows that option).
Removing the app revokes future access; it does not automatically delete data already stored in WChat. Please still email us if you want account or message data erased.
4. What we delete
After verifying your identity, we delete or anonymise, as applicable:
- Your WChat user profile (name, email, organisation membership);
- Organisation settings and API keys you control (if you are the sole admin and request full org deletion);
- WhatsApp connection tokens and line configuration stored in WChat;
- Inbox conversations and messages stored in WChat for your organisation;
- Contact form and support ticket content tied to your request.
We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example billing, fraud prevention, or legal claims) for the period allowed by applicable law.
5. Processing time
We aim to confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or technical constraints (for example encrypted backups).
